About This Project
Telegram is the dominant messaging channel in Uzbekistan, so Trilab.Tech built a Telegram bot to give the Dr. Islomov practice an always-on, automated front door for patient enquiries and bookings.
What it does
The bot walks patients through appointment booking step by step, collects the details the clinic needs, and confirms slots automatically. A built-in FAQ flow answers the most common questions about procedures, pricing ranges, preparation and recovery, deflecting routine enquiries from staff. Requests are routed to the clinic's team, and patients receive instant confirmations and reminders.
We designed the conversational flows, implemented the bot against the Telegram Bot API, and connected it to the practice's scheduling process. The result is faster response times, fewer missed enquiries, and a support experience that runs around the clock without adding staff workload.
