About This Project
Trilab.Tech developed a web-based logistics and fleet management dashboard that gives dispatchers and managers a single operational control center. It replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and manual coordination with a live, data-driven system.
Capabilities
The dashboard visualizes fleet status and delivery routes in real time, manages order assignment and dispatching, and tracks key operational metrics such as on-time delivery rates, vehicle utilization and cost per route. Role-based access lets dispatchers, drivers and executives each see the information relevant to them.
We designed the data model, built the back-end services and real-time front end, and integrated mapping and reporting components. The solution reduces coordination overhead, improves delivery reliability and gives leadership the analytics needed to optimize operations and cut costs.
